How do I change time zone to reflect where the virtual class

We are here in the Eastern Standard Time zone and will be conducting a virtual class via Adobe Connect in Tajikistan. How do I make sure the time is correct for Tajikistan and correct for us here in the US where we are teaching it.

The invites for the meeting should have a calendar attachment that correctly shows the time in the end user's time zone.

 

If you are using the Events module, the registration page and emails should also reflect the user's local timezone.
