How do I get my looping lobby slide to loop for my participants?

I have a looping lobby slide deck that I created in Adobe Presenter.  I've uploaded it to my Connect server and when I play it from there it loops perfectly.  However, when I upload it to the sharepod in my classroom, it only loops if I have the pod unsynced.  What do I need to do to make it actually loop for my participants?
