How do I populate this field ({audio-conference-details}) so it displays in my invite email?

Either tie a phone bridge from your profile to a meeting room, or add the conference details to the meeting room in the Edit section of the meeting room on the server.

I added the audio conference details to the meeting room but the run time field still displays nothing. Any ideas?

Hi jonswannuw,

({audio-conference-details}) runtime field will display the audio conference details in email only when you will associate any integrated audio profile with meeting. It will not show conference details in email if you will add external conference details in meeting (Using the option -Include other audio conference with this meeting ).
