    Trial Sign Up: https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/trial.html

If looking to purchase access, I'd recommend contacting a reseller. https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/partner-listing.html

But if you feel a need to purchase an account with lesser functionality you can purchase from Adobe's website: https://buyconnect.adobe.com/store?Action=Content&Locale=en_US&SiteID=adbecnn&pbpage=LandingPage
