How does one locate an actual support human being?

For several years, I have received periodic e-mails announcing upcoming Adobe Connect Scheduled Maintenance, although, to my knowledge, I have never been nor am I now an Adobe Connect user.  There doesn't seem to be any way to have my e-mail address removed from Adobe's list, since doing so requires logging in, at which time I'm told, "Sorry, you're not an Adobe Connect user!"

Any ideas about how to reach a living being who can just get me out of Adobe's mailing list?
