Hello,

how I can edit the AdobeConnect chat before making the offline record?

The chat participants put some swearings to the chat. I want to make offline record without swearing. How I can delete some phrases from the chat before making the offline record?

    I'm not sure it will work, but you can try downloading the source files for the recording by adding /output/NameHere.zip?download=zip to your recording URL.

    In the zip file that you download there will be a ftchat0.xml file that should have all the chat messages in it. Try modifying the messages and then re-inserting the xml file into the zip folder (this should replace the old one). Then upload the zip file to your content library and see if the chat text is modified in that version of the recording. It will have a new URL, and you could give it a custom URL like any other content object.

    Ок, I edited the source files and made the record from this files.

    I used HHD Hex Editor Neo for flv editing.

    You need to select the recording and choose Edit.

    Then you have the option to hide the chat, the Q&A pod.... in Settings (on the left bottom of the recording

    I don't need to hide the chat.

    I want to show the chat without swearings.

    I want to delete swearing words from the chat and show the chat in the record.
