how to connect to meeting using a phone?

Hello, i have to participate in online meeting using Adobe Connect. The meeting audio will be by phone .Just to be sure, that i've understand well how to connect:

1. When I'm using Dial-out option : i have to put MY phone number?

2. And If I am using Dial-In option : i have to put the number, they have provided?

Is this correct

    1. Yes, your phone number. This is because the phone bridge calls you. It dials out to you.

    2. Yes, you call the phone bridge number that is provided. You dial in to the phone bridge.
