How to download a recording to my local windows machine

Question

Product is AdobeConnectI have a license for seminars which I have created and recorded.I am logged into my "seminar".  I see the recording under the Recording tab.  Actions for recording are Edit Recording or Make Offline.  There is also a Move To Folder button.  I tried the button but I'm not sure where the folder is located.  Is there no way to select a local folder?

The make offline option is what you will need to use. It will make an MP4 or FLV version of your recording in real time on your computer. It will have the prompts to guide you through the process.

There is no option to download a video of the recording as Connect doesn't record that way.
