How to email Adobe/get link to re-install software

I need to re-install Adobe X pro. I've logged into my account, found the confirmation of purchase and licence number, but there is no link to re-download the software. I can't find an email address to contact Adobe to find out what I need to do to get access to re-install - the 'contact us' just sends me round in circles.
