How to fix audio echo on Adobe Connect

When my group connects some of my members use their computer's mic & speaker system for audio, while others want to call-in using Intercall. However, when we use both systems simultaneously there is echo in the line. Is there a solution to this problem?

Those on VoIP are likely using the built in mics and speakers on their computers. They need to mute the mics when they are not talking as the audio comes out their speakers and back into the mic creating an echo and feedback loop. You can try using the Speex codec for audio in the room, or they can switch to a headset or USB Speakerphone, and that will also reduce or eliminate the echo.
