How to Fix Error 'Too Many Redirects' Issue managing Name Hoste Adobe Connect CAP100

Could you help me, please, to find the root of the issue: ERR_TO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This problem still persists May 28, 2018.

I was able to get it working by 1) deleting my profile picture and 2) Setting a NEW forum name.

Why can't adobe fix this? This is the first time i've been able to see the forum in 3 years of trying.
