How to get better video quality in Adobe Connect live events?

I run live events and we record them using an iPad. The quality on the iPad screen is good, but as soon as we connect this to Adobe Connect it looked pixelated and fuzzy. Is there any way to improve the quality?

Are you using the iPads to be the source of your live video feed? If so, make sure that the quality setting for the video is set appropriately in the Video pod and ensure that the iPad has a good internet connection.
