How to get the Adobe Connect 9 Edge Server installation program？

Such as the title ， acording to the document （Migrating, Installing, and ConfiguringADOBE® CONNECT™ 9），

it said ，but i don't know how to obtain the program。

It should be available through Adobe's licensing website (same place you got the origin server installer). Usually http://licensing.adobe.com/.
