Question

How to log users who watched conferences on Adobe Connect?

An organization I'm involved with currently uses Adobeconnect.com to create live training sessions. While it is easy for us to track who's watching live, there is a need for us to also track who is watching those conferences at a later time in replay.

As of now, if I click the http link of a published conference like this one, the organization has no way of knowing that I (Patrick) have watched the conference.

I need to know if this is possible and also, pointing me to a technical document that would explain the possible mechanism to do such a thing would be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you ahead of time

This was discussed here, Adobe Connect User Community, though it's not a technical document. I know there is an old tutorial mentioned there, but it is from before the changes of Connect 9 and how it handles tracking viewership of recordings.

Another alternative is to use the Events module or Training module of Connect. Those will both track who viewed the recording.
