When publishing a project edited with Adobe Captivate for Adobe Connect, if “Publish to Adobe Connect” on the toolbar cannot be used (because the IDs of Adobe Connect and Adobe Captivate are different), How do we proceed?
I’d appreciate it if you could tell me how to publish on Adobe Captivate.

I don't follow the question. Your Adobe.com ID is not required for use in Adobe Connect, and the logins can be completely different.
If it doesn't work, for whatever reason, you can publish the Captivate presentation locally, and I'd recomend you check the publish as a zip file. Then login to Adobe Connect through your browser and go to your favorite folder in the Content library and upload the Zip folder to there.
You will probably want to open the prefernces for the project before publishing and verify the option for including the Adobe Connect metadata is checked.
