How to reuse layouts

Question

I am using Adobe Connect 9.1. I have several virtual classroom where I created meeting layouts. Can I reuse these layouts in other meetings I create without having to start over?

You could create a room as a template (plan on not using it for actual live meetings), where when you create new rooms, it becomes available as a template in the drop down menu in step one of the meeting creation wizard.

To do this, place the desired room in a templates folder (Shared Templates or My Templates). It is then a template and all rooms created using it, will mirror the layouts and configuration of that room.
