How to set up without participants seeing?

Hi there,I was wondering whether participants can see layouts being set-up when in the set-up mode? I'd like to make adjustments to the layouts whilst participants are in the webinar, but without moving participants into the layout I'm setting up. Is this possible?Thank you,Emily

When you are in Preparing Mode, you can move to the non-active layout while everyone else stays in the active layout. You can add/remove/modify any of the pods in the non-active layout.

Changing pods shaded blue will affect the active layout, as those pod instances are on the active layout. Pods that are not shaded blue can be modified without anyone seeing the changes.

Alternatively, you can also use the Presenter Only Area (POA) to preload and stage content and then drag it onto the main stage area whenever you are ready for it.
