The proper way to uninstall this add-in is to first open it in Finder, then make sure you close Google Chrome completely, then drag the files to the trash can, finally, empty the trash can.

This should remove the files completely.

You should be able to find the add in this location:

~/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/www.macromedia.com/bin/connectaddin
