How to use for Technical Support?

I am using Connect Pro Meeting to connect to client computers for the purpose of computer technical support.  I have noticed that when I have remote control over their desktop and I go to an area such as Start > msconfig that I lose the ability to control their desktop.  If the user closes the System Configuration box then I regain control.  This happens also  when I right click Computer > Manage.  I suspect that this is happening because I am accessing areas of system changes.  Does anyone know how I can prevent this?  Or a workaround?  I like Connect Pro but it will certainly not work for me unless I can make system changes on client computers.  Thanks.

    Hi there,

Yes indeed the Connect is very helpful for taking remote access of other computers, But in Windows 7 and Vista make a check by Disabling the UAC and then try , I am sure this will resolve the issue. please revert in case of any question.

    Thanks!
