ht setup a meeting without the host present

Hallo,

Here is a question of a cust (id 188814571) to which we are looking for an answere.

"We would like to set up a meeting without host being in the meeting. In other words, we would like students able to join the meeting
even host is not in the meeting yet. How can we set up meeting in this condition?

    When you setup a meeting you can choose the option "Anyone who has the URL for the meeting can enter the room" under "Access"

    Then inside the meeting room you can select the option "Auto-Promote participants to Presenters" under the "Manage Access and Entry" menu. The host will have to set this option the first time.
