HTML5 presentation not working in Adobe Connect

I created a tutorial using Captivate 9 and published in an HTML5 format. I can get the tutorial to run outside of Adobe Connect, but it does not work when I try to run it from Adobe Connect. How can I get Adobe Connect to support an HTML5 presentation generated from Captivate?

    When you say it doesn't work from Adobe Connect, how are you trying to deliver it from Connect? As a stand alone on-demand object or in a meeting room?
