I am a student at FIU and i can't access my course work when I try to log into Adobe Connect it says that I don't have permission

You should reach out to the admin of FIU's Connect deployment. Your professor, who may be incharge of enrolling you in the appropriate training, may also be able to verify your permissions and get you access to your training.

There shouldn't be anything special to install to access your trainings.
