I am having difficulties synching my audio provider with my new Adobe Connect license.

I get the following error when I start the audio:

A configuration error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Connect Central. Universal Voice service could not start and conference audio will not broadcast or record for this meeting.

Hi,

We need to have some more info before we can start debugging the problem. Are you a licensed customer or a hosted one? If hosted customer, there was a UV issue that happened recently which could have caused this. Please see if your hosted cluster falls in any of the impacted clusters mentioned @ http://status.adobe.com/

If you are a licensed customer, please contact our support and they should be able to assist you.
