I am trying to upload an MP4 video and share it, but you can only hear it, not see it. I have tried other formats with no luck.

mp4 share is a black screen with only audio. I did this exact same thing for another meeting and it shared it fine. The only issue I have is that from time to time some participants are not able to see the video. It just freezes on them and they cannot hear anything either. Is this a weird Adobe Connect glitch?
