I am unable to play any of the on demand seminars from here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/event/index.cfm?event=list&type=ondemand_seminar&loc=en_us they start for about 10 seconds then loop I tried chat but they can't help as they cannot get to the

am unable to play any of the on demand seminars from here https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/event/index.cfm?event=list&type=ondemand_seminar&loc=en_us they start for about 10 seconds then loop I tried  chat but they can't help as they cannot get to the site themselves?

I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, removed, updated reinstalled flash and shockwave all with the same result

    I wish I had an answer for you, but I wanted to commiserate because I'm having the exact same issue! The thing that I was told to try that you didn't mention was to clear your browser cache. Last year I was able to play the recorded seminars, but only on Firefox and after I cleared the cache. The other two browsers never worked for me. Now, none of them do. Very frustrating!
