I cannot open my webcam,

I can be only a partecipant EDV EDV ?

I can change nothing

before I used a free version and it was working perfect

I need a tecnical support

somebody can help me?

    What is EDV?

    Chances are you are dealing with a change in how the licensing works between the trial accounts (Concurrent User licensing) and what most people purchase for production accounts (Named Host licensing).

    If you purchased Named Host licensing, you must be in the Meeting Host group to unlock full meeting functionality. While this should be made clear by your reseller, it isn't always communicated. Add yourself to the Meeting Host group and see if that gets everything working.
