I can not connect to a meeting room.

I can not connect to a meeting room. Screen displays Connecting to Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro Meeting but then appearing on the emsnagem that could not connect to the meeting room.
I need help

    Is it just this room or you can't connect to any room?

    This error is happening with  all meetings. Checking  the error log is showing the following:  "Meeting_FMS_Con_Broken."

    What to do to solve this problem?
