I can not log into adobeConnect meetings as a host, that I've created

All of my previous meetings log me as a participant.

All of my administrators are having this problem.  Even when creating new meetings, we can not log into and host the meeting.  We are being shown as "Hosts" in the participant permissions in the back-end, but can not log in and get assigned a host position.

Please help,

    You must be in the Meeting Host group to Host a meeting using the Named Host licensing. Even Admins need to be in the Meeting Host group.

    As an Admin, you can create and manage meetings, but not run them.
