I can´t access to adobeconnect

I tried to acces to one meeting room, but I can´t.

I think there is some kind of problem with my home´s public IP because I can access to the same meeting room, with the same laptop, from my office, and it´s works perfectly..

any suggestions?

    If not then the issue may be due to some configuration with your internet setup. Can you reach other accounts on Adobe's hosted environment? Try this URL https://my.adobeconnect.com/

    No, I have tried both, and I can´t access 

    I have detected (with  adobe support) that I can´t access to any meeting room at adobe´s EMEA cluster, but I access without problems to APAC cluster...

    I have installed a VPN to change/mask my IP, and I can access without problems (but with low speed, due limitations of free vpn version)

    so, I think that, somewhere, there´s a system that blocks my public IP
