I can't create a new seminar

I got a webinar license for 100 managers. I can't create a new seminar, because the buttom 'new" doesn't appear on both ways (share seminars and my seminars).  Can anyone help me?

I saw that the number of "seminar Administrators" is 0. Is it correct?

    You need to add your account to the Named Webinar 100 Manager group. You can then create and run Webinar/Seminar rooms that hold up to 100 attendees.
