I can't find customization option for my adobe connect account

I purchased my adobe connect subscription for $55 one month for induvidual/one host. The problem is that my account dont seem to have customization and rebrading frature enabled. How to i enable them or am i suppose to pay for it

it is because Customization and Rebranding is not enabled as a feature on your account.

Not sure the plan you have bought whether that includes these as features.

but to get them you need to talk to the adobe support or the same channel from where you got these account.

I see that the connect plan that you have is subscription based connect account.

For these features, you need to have Connect Hosted account. You can call 8886492990 to get more information on how to purchase connect hosted account or get in touch of any Adobe authorised reseller. For the list of resellers, please visit http://adobedealreg.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en

Hi,

Customization rights is provided to admin for your account if you are and can not se ethe option for customization on connect central .

then it will be good to ask account administrator who can check and provide you these.

Do you have admin rights on connect webapp?

Yes i have the admin rights. I can view everything else  as i am the one who purchased to account so i think i have all the rights as an administrator
