I can't get into my eSeminar

I have applied to be in an eseminar tomorrow at 2PM BST.

I recieved an email saying i was registered, and it had my personal details on it, but when i tried to log in, i couldn't get in (my adobe ID an pass apparently don't count)

I don't know how i will attend tomorrow...
