I can't have Adobe Connect downloaded

Hi there! I wanted to watch National Geographic webinar today, but I didn't manage to install Adobe Connect application for desktop. An error occurs regularly. Here is an error log:

Connect App Setup

Total Memory : 2824560 KB

Core Count : 4 :: Arch : 0

Could not download the payload EXE

How can I solve the problem? Thanks!
