I can't open my link from desktop application/screen sharing

I am giving a lesson at the university with Adobe Connect program. I have two important problems. First of all, I can't open the course link with the desktop application. When I select the desktop application, only a white screen opens. For this reason, I do join with the classic view. This reduces the quality of the connection. Sounds are going and coming.
Another issue is the screen share. When I want to share a screen, the program doesn't allow this and it kicks me out of the classroom. But I can do it in other programs.
I have reviewed the previous forums for these two problems. I am using the latest version of Adobe Connect. On my computer, windows 7 loaded and 32 bit.
What could be the problem?
