I can't see virtual classroom button in home admin page

I installed adobe connect recently but there is no create new part and virtual classroom button. can it be because of my license?

Legend

The "Create New" buttons are tied to the licensing you have for your login, not the account capability.

To have the Virtual Classroom button you will need to be a member of Virtual Classroom Manager group.
