I can't share a document (PDF) that I created on my computer. It says "cannot convert document. There may be security restrictions on this document"

Make sure there is no security (Connect does have to modify the document to allow sync'd navigation) and it doesn't support any of the interactive or fancy, my term not Adobe's, content that can be placed in the document.
