I cannot connect with my breakout group via Adobe Connect

I am a UNC-Chapel Hill student taking online courses. Through their Sakai site, I can connect to Adobe Connect, but I cannot connect to the rest of my group for our projects. I am the only member of our group who cannot connect. The website is https://collaboration.ncgovconnect.com/breakout_02. Why can't I connect?

It looks like this room has been removed from the Connect system. I get a Not Found error when clicking on the link. Make sure that there are no typos or errors in the URL.
