I cannot download Adobe Connect

Everytime I downloaded ''Error: download unsuccessful. An error occured while downloading Adobe connect for computer. Communicate with your administration''. For 32 bit computers it is really hard to install adobe.  I tried to download 32 bit version nbut it is not enough.

My laptop is 32 bit and I need a standalone installer for 32 bit (windows). Unfortunately, there is no standalone installer for 32 bit computers in anywhere.
