I cannot get past the screen that says "loading Adobe connect" on my new Windows 8 computer.  I have logged in successfully.  I have run their test and all 4 checks came back positive.  Any tips?

    I had this problem and discovered it was because I had a registry entry for a previous Adobe Connect addin by a different name, and the old addin was launching instead of the AC9.0x. Just in case, you might try finding any old AC addin entries and terminate them with extreme prejudice.

    I was able to get through to telephone support (India).

    They confirmed it is a known problem to use IE10 with Adobe Connect.

    Come on Adobe!   Keep current.  They suggested Safari as a browser to solve my problem.
