I cannot instal Acrobat Connector Add-in

I tried to install from browser and off-line version. In the first way, always try to install and nothing happens. In off-line mode (exe), the apps appears in control panel>programs, with no size ou reference, and nothings happens too. My OS is a Windows 7 64 bits and I´m the administrator and run with the administrator compatible mode. Please, I need some help. Thanks.
