I cant see my vcr 200 product on my orders.

I'll renew my product monthly but have soem problems.

1-) I dont get any mail included 24 digits serial number.

2-) tried many times with chat support but they cant help.

I have invoice, I have order confirmation mail, I have order referance number but dont have serial number and cant see the product on my order. Who will help me?

 

EDIT : The VCR200 package bought from adobe.com. not from any reseller.

    For the Adobe Hosted version of Connect you wouldn't get a serial key. Because it is SaaS and installed on Adobe's environment, you only need your login to access the application.The invoice, order confirmation and welcome email is all you will get from Adobe.
