I have an account but can't login to Adobe Connect with it. How do I fix this?
I am a user group manager and have long had a username & password that works in other areas. I can't consistently denied access to Adobe Connect except as a guest. I would like to be able to use Connect at meetings. How do I resolve this? Is there web page that I need to go to? I have asked to have my password sent via email but apparently my email is not in your database for Conmect. How can I get it there?
