I have forgotten my username and password but no email reset has come through what number do I call?

Check your junk/spam email box. The password reset email tends to end up there. 

If you can't find it there, you will need to call the person/group who manages the Adobe Connect account. They can have an admin either set a temporary password for you or send the reset email again.
