    Marc,

Can you clarify what is happening? What do you mean when you say 'open assembly then media browser'? This doesn't sound like a Connect workflow.

Can you provide some screen shots of your process?

    Hi

Thanks for this very quick respons but i solved the problem, i think

I think i needed to be more patient

i wanted to import some self made video's made with my drone but couldnt import the files

i meant with open assembly => when you want to import files you have to import them in the assembly panel i think?

And then go to media browser to edit?

    I m i right?

Now the files are coming through and i can play them

    1 step forward

Its al new to me and i need some time to figure it out hope i can understand it before the free trial is over

    Met vriendelijke groeten,

    Cordialement,

    Best regards,

    Marc

    Hi,

Can you please elaborate the issue that you are facing? Are you the host who is inserting a Video (MP4) in a PPTX file and then uploading the PPTX file directly in the meeting room OR are you following some other workflow? If the former, Video assets will be dropped and wont play until and unless uploaded as a zip package or published using Adobe Presenter.

    Thanks
