I have upgraded my operating system and flash and still can't access adobe connect

I have used Adobeconnect successfully three times but now it will not give me access- I am the lecturer and cannot enter the room.  I have a Mac OS sera and have done a malware sweep and all seems clear.   Viv

If you are using the Connect Add-in and Safari, then you will have trouble getting Connect to work.

Your two options are to use any other web browser or you can add ?launcher=false to the URL for the room you are trying to join and it will disregard the Add-in and launch in your browser's Flash Player.
