I need some help my account is blocked

My credit card was lost and then I had to cancel it. Them my adobe connect pro was canceled. Now I cant login to change to another credit card. When I go to my general account in ADOBE I do not see a way to solve this and the help from adobe is very stupid, they do not answer me or send me mails that lead nowhere!!!!I'm running in circuls!

    i have the same problem, how can i solve this???? 

    Adobe customer service can't help on this, so, where i go to change my credit card on adobe connect panel if the adobe connect panel is bloqued and saying to contact adobe customer service ?????
