I can not use the text box when using an ipad in Adobe Connect when trying to use the whiteboard

    The account is hosted and the server version is 9.1.2.

    The app is the latest one available

    Hi melfyn,

    You won't be able to use the text tool on Connect mobile apps.. For writing you need to use either the pencil tool or the highlighter tool..

    Which version of Connect are you using? Also, the mobile app version and your account info like is it hosted/licensed will help us debug the issue better.
