I paid the renewal of Adobe connect and I still reciving a notice of cancellation the account!

I paid the renewal of Adobe connect in November.  I've never stopped receiving notice of expiration and now I receive a notice of cancellation of the account!

I write my provider in France, MeetingOne. He says that is normal. I have written to https://adobeformscentral.com/ (Contact Adobe Connect Sales)  not give me an answer. Please, what else can I do?

From what I am told internally, "The order has now been fulfilled and account adjusted accordingly. I have sent an email to the customer advising of the above and am awaiting her response."

I hope you have received the email from Adobe and the account should work now. Let us know, if it doesn't.

This is not normal if you have renewed your account. Go back to your contact at MeetingOne and get some answers. Processing your renewal should take 5-10 business days at the most. So if you paid your renewal between the 26th and 29th of November, it may still be in process.

You can verify that the account has been renewed by looking at the page displayed when you click on Administration (Gestion), as the current expiration date of the account is listed there.

Adobe Support should also be able to help verify where the renewal order stands.
