It keeps directing me to sign up for another trial even though I have already done so and verified my email address.

    Were you, by any chance, trying to download the Connect add-in?

    You should receive a welcome e-mail (check your spam box) with the link and login credentials to your trial account. Connect is not something you download, but access via the web.
