I want to be able to add sub folder heading in the curriculum section?

I want to have my training look like this but I don't know how to put in the folder part.  I know how to create a curriculum and add a course or content etc but don't see any option for the folder part.  Let me know thanks!

After you finish the create curiculum wizard, you can add folders by selecting the Add Item button, and then selecting a folder. Courses can then be added to or moved into the desired folders.
